### Inquiries
Multi-product RFQ capture (web form + manual entry). Each inquiry can request quotes from multiple suppliers; supplier responses are stored as quotes that can be compared by Best Value per product and converted directly to a deal. Supports media attachments and threaded messages. Public inquiry forms are reCAPTCHA-v3 protected.

### Letters of Intent (LOI)
Branded LOI generator with org-specific document templates. Supports single- and multi-product LOIs, public token-protected share URLs, downloadable PDF (Edge Function `generate-loi-pdf`), supplier response logging, and one-click conversion to a deal. Each LOI has expiry handling and a status lifecycle: draft → issued → responded → accepted/expired.

### Offers (Targeted) and Public Offers Board
Two distinct surfaces:
- **Targeted Price Offers** — token-protected indicative quotes sent to specific buyers.
- **Public Offers Board** — per-entity branded storefront at `/{entity-slug}/offers-board` listing live commodity offers. Expired offers auto-archive on a daily cron with a 24-hour grace period.

### Deals
Full lifecycle: Quoting → Negotiating → Contracting → Securing Payment → In Progress → Awaiting Payment → Completed. Each deal carries supplier, buyer, references (partners/brokers), commercial terms (Incoterms 2020), `supplier_price` (internal), buyer price, margin, and linked documents/agreements.

### Suppliers & Buyers (CRM)
Suppliers are unique per organization and assigned to a single operating entity. Externally suppliers are masked as "Option N" to protect sourcing. Buyers carry KYC status, credit terms, and access-controlled contact data with column-level masking for non-owners.

### References & Partners
Brokers/agents/intermediaries with branded portals at `/{entity-slug}/partner-portal`. Portals are PIN-gated (6-digit SHA-256 hashed), compliance-gated (NCNDA/IMFPA), and persisted via 24-hour localStorage session tokens.

### Shipments
Broker-managed shipments with a horizontal milestone timeline (no live carrier APIs). Supports ocean, air, rail; document manager attaches B/L, packing list, CO, COA, etc.

### Legal Agreements
Entity-level NCNDA and Service Agreements; deal-level IMFPA (commission protection). Smart bridge: a manual agreement upload satisfies the digital onboarding requirement.

### KYC & Compliance
Per-counterparty checklists, compliance warnings banner, and an "Operating Entity Compliance" dashboard. Required documents are configurable per entity.

### Multi-Entity & Branding
One organization can run multiple operating entities, each with its own logo, color, public storefront, document templates, and notification settings.
